Weekly Photo Challenge: Summer (#2)

Summer is: Towels, hung on the deck rail at the end of the day, to dry.  The smell of chlorine clings firmly to the fabric.  Even as the sun sets, and we pack up after a day sitting pool-side, the towels will remain where they are – ready for tomorrow’s dip…

End Of The Day

**I snapped this pic a few years ago.  This image so evenly defines what a typical summer day is for me and my family.  We are all “Water Bugs”, spending as much time as possible either in the pool, or near it!  The deck rail is forever a clothes line for bathing suits and towels.  I love it.

  5. What is Summer without those colorful towels. Towels reminds us of fun times in anything with water.
